Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Abdulhadi Nur Iyow, trading as PDFCraft ("we" or "us"). By using PDFCraft you agree to these terms. Questions: info@pdfcraft.ie.

The service

PDFCraft provides PDF tools that run in your browser, plus optional accounts with history and file storage. The service is provided "as is" without warranties.

Your content

You keep all rights to your files. Only process documents you have the right to use. Don't use the service for anything illegal.

Accounts

Keep your password safe. You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Liability

Keep your own copies of important documents. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for lost data or indirect losses.

Paid plans and payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, renewal and cancellation are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Plans renew automatically until cancelled; cancelling keeps access until the end of the paid period. Acceptable use

You must not use the service unlawfully, for fraud or spam, to infringe others' intellectual property, or to interfere with its security (malware, probing, scraping). PDFCraft and its software, design and branding remain our property. We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may suspend or end access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated violations.
