Can I convert a scanned PDF?
Not yet. Scanned or image-only pages need OCR; this tool stops rather than silently omitting them.
Is the original layout preserved?
No. This is editable text extraction with page breaks, not a layout-perfect conversion. Images, fonts and tables are not recreated, and columns may need editing.
Does my PDF leave my device?
No. Conversion happens in your browser. Saving a result to your account is optional and requires an explicit click.
